Who They Are
Our client is a $30M privately held commercial furniture manufacturer that is looking for a President to take over the company from the current owner/operator, who s ready to pass the torch to someone new who can take them to $50M. Relocation and on-site presence will be required, and compensation is negotiable predicated on background and experience.
What You ll Do- Own responsibility for the company s P&L
- Oversee sales and operations strategy
- Handle hiring senior leadership (CFO, VP of Sales, Director of HR)
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the company to $50M in five years
- Experience in operations and sales leadership
- Experience having full responsibility for a P&L
- Background in the commercial interiors space
