Lifesong Church is seeking Adult Ministries Pastor or Director. • Work directly with Executive Leadership to shape vision and strategy for Lifesong’s assimilation and small groups ministries.
• Oversee Lifesong’s assimilation efforts, facilitated through a two to four step process, to help individuals learn more about Lifesong, become part of the church community, and get involved on a team (Dream Team).
• Oversee the development, execution, and engagement of Small Groups for the purposes of community, care, and spiritual formation.
• Work alongside pastors and ministry leaders to raise up and equip Small Group leaders.
• Develop the Small Group direction and offering for each Small Group season.
• Vet Small Group curriculum as needed.
• Coordinate launch efforts for each Small Groups season.
• Oversee the Next Gen ministry in collaboration with the Kids Ministry Leader, and Youth & Young Adult Director.
• Oversee the Care ministries in collaboration with the Care Pastor.
• Oversee the Impressions ministry in collaboration with the Impressions Director.
• Build and manage the Adult Ministries budget and ensure its proper stewardship.
• Track key performance indicators and conduct regular reviews to drive continuous improvement.

• Proven experience building and leading teams.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in the Pastor or Director role.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
