We’re seeking a Field Technician to join our team as a Water Mitigation Technician. In this role, you’ll install, repair, and maintain water treatment systems, support customers by teaching them how to use their equipment, troubleshoot issues in the field, and ensure all work aligns with company standards and procedures.

What You Will Be Doing- Install, repair, and maintain residential water treatment systems
- Configure and plumb system components correctly and safely
- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and post‑installation testing
- Collect post‑installation water samples and review results
- Educate customers on system operation and maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and warehouse space
- Occasionally perform light digging or excavation at job sites
- Document job details according to company policy
- Respond promptly to customer concerns and service needs
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of experience in construction, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or building maintenance preferred
- Ability to safely use ladders and tools
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly
- Comfortable standing and working on your feet up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to work in basements, crawlspaces, attics, and on rooftops
- Must meet background and driving eligibility requirements
- Must be able to pass NRPP certification exam for radon mitigation
