Cox Fleet is a national leader in mobile on‑site fleet maintenance. We are opening enrollment for our next Fleet Academy class. Participants will attend a 5‑week paid classroom program, receive free technical education, and after completion be hired as a Mobile Mechanic.

• 5 weeks paid classroom training; all travel expenses paid

• Competitive pay: $16/h (or state minimum wage) + $250 stipend for first week; $21/h after graduation; further pay increases possible

• Desire to become a Diesel and Trailer Technician
• Willingness to study hard and attend 5 weeks of full‑time training away from home
• Maturity level to focus on training (this is not a summer camp)
• Technical aptitude and passion for vehicle repair
• Ability to operate an iPad
• 21 years of age or older (required to drive the company truck)
• High‑school diploma or equivalent preferred; not required
• Must pass background, driving record, drug testing, and physical examinations
