Box Truck Driver (Non-CDL)

Location: Sutton, MA

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 5:30 AM Start

Pay: $22–$24 per hour (based on experience)

Koopman Lumber is hiring a dependable, safety‑focused Box Truck Driver to make local deliveries of building materials to customers and job sites. This is a hands‑on role with daily home time — not just driving, but loading, unloading, and representing the company in the field.

• Safely operate a non‑CDL box truck for local deliveries
• Deliver building materials including cabinets, windows, doors, and trim
• Load and unload materials as needed (physical work required)
• Take delivery confirmation photos using a company‑provided device
• Complete delivery paperwork and required reports
• Perform daily vehicle inspections
• Follow all DOT, safety, and company policies
• Provide professional, reliable customer service at job sites

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable using a smartphone or mobile apps for reporting
• Team‑oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
• Ability to lift and handle building materials (up to 75 lbs regularly, heavier with assistance)

• Non‑CDL box truck driving experience
• Experience delivering building materials

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Active role involving loading, unloading, and job site deliveries
