Pay: $17–$20 per hour (based on experience)

Koopman Lumber is hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate to support our Sutton Distribution Center. This is a hands‑on role focused on picking, staging, and loading materials for delivery. You’ll work in a fast‑paced environment where accuracy, safety, and teamwork are essential.

• Pick materials accurately using order slips and delivery documents
• Pull and stage orders for delivery routes
• Load trucks safely and in proper sequence
• Identify materials using SKUs and product descriptions
• Restock inventory and monitor stock levels
• Inspect materials to ensure quality before shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• Support unloading trucks and general warehouse operations

• Warehouse, yard, or material handling experience preferred
• Ability to read orders and match products accurately
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Reliable work ethic and strong productivity

• Forklift experience (or willingness to become certified)
• Experience loading trucks or staging deliveries
• Familiarity with inventory systems

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
• Frequent lifting, bending, walking, and carrying materials
• Comfortable working in a warehouse and outdoor environment
