Overview

Mobile Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year; salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Myclient is based in Sutton, Surrey. The company has been providing Technical M&E service support to the Commercial Building Maintenance sector since 2003. They run a small team of highly skilled mobile engineers covering London, Greater London and the South of England.

• Emergency lighting Testing
• Power circuit installation
• Controls and BMS
• Fault Finding
• Maintenance Inspections

• Min level 3 electrician
• Min 5 years of experience
• Ability to work as part of a small team as well as independently
• Self-sufficient with the initiative to work on own when needed
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
• Experience with service and installation works
• Controls experience is an advantage
• Broad knowledge of Building Services including mechanical systems
• Good fault-finding skills
• Willingness to develop skills and a flexible approach to work

• 40 Hours per week
• Overtime available (but not guaranteed)

Some of their clients are Government departments, so the successful candidate will be required to pass Home Office Security Vetting (SC).
