Accounting Manager, Financial Reporting
About the Role
Anesthesia Dynamics is hiring a hands-on Accounting Manager to support a rapidly growing, private-equity-backed, multi-entity healthcare services organization.
This role is designed for an experienced accounting professional who executes before delegating, takes personal ownership of the close process, and enjoys being close to the numbers. The Accounting Manager will personally perform core accounting activities, lead the monthly close end-to-end, and supervise a small accounting team, while helping build scalable processes as the organization continues to grow.
This is not a review-only, advisory, or purely supervisory role. The Accounting Manager is the primary owner of the close, with direct responsibility for journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, accounting estimates, and process build-out. The role reports directly to the CFO and serves as a critical leader within the accounting function, with opportunity for expanded scope as the business scales.

- Reduce dependency on the CFO for day-to-day accounting decisions through strong ownership and judgment
- Support technical accounting matters, including revenue recognition under ASC 606
- Assist with audit preparation and auditor support
