Director of Finance North Metro Atlanta | Onsite
Established manufacturing and distribution company is seeking a hands‑on Director of Finance to lead accounting, financial reporting, treasury, inventory accounting, cost accounting, credit, and banking functions for a growing multi‑entity organization.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience
- Strong manufacturing and inventory accounting experience required
- Background in cost accounting, treasury, banking relationships, and working capital management
- Proven experience leading and developing accounting teams (10+)
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands‑on operational execution
- CPA and/or MBA preferred
- High-visibility leadership role reporting to executive leadership
- Manage a team of 20+ accounting professionals
- Stable, growing company with international operations
- Competitive compensation package
Compensation: $190K-240K base + 10-20% bonus
