Accounts Payable Temporary Position
Manufacturing company in Suwanee, GA is looking for someone to step into their Accounts Payable department for about two months while a team member is out.
Pay & Schedule
- $20 to $22 per hour
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in office
- Temporary, approximately two months
What You'll Do
- Data entry in Accounts Payable system
- Match purchase orders to invoices accurately and find discrepancies
- File and organize paid invoices and supporting documentation
What We're Looking For
- Basic accounts payable knowledge
- Comfortable in Excel and MS Office
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Sage 500 experience is a plus
