Our client is seeking an Entry Level Accounts Payable Staff Accountant to support the financial operations of a growing construction organization.

• Manage construction accounting activities across multiple projects.
• Process construction-related invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
• Perform job cost coding and monitor project costs.
• Administer construction accounts payable and vendor payment processes.
• Review and maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs), lien waivers, and vendor compliance documentation.
• Track paid-when-paid payment requirements.
• Assist with month-end close, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Minimum 2+ years AP experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3+ years of accounting experience.
