Office Administrator/ Coordinator
We're seeking a motivated and dependable Administrative Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting day-to-day office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their administrative career who enjoys staying organized, managing details, and contributing to a team-oriented environment.
In this role, you'll support multiple departments with administrative tasks, customer order processing, data management, and compliance documentation. You'll work closely with leadership and operations personnel, making a direct impact on the success of the business.

What You ll Do- Accurately enter, maintain, and update data within company systems
- Process customer sales orders and assist with order tracking
- Organize and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems
- Update and track compliance, quality, and regulatory documentation
- Assist with reporting, data tracking, and record management activities
- Prepare, scan, and distribute documents as needed
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Provide administrative support to office staff, operations, and leadership
- Assist with special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned
- Support HR-related administrative projects as needed while maintaining confidentiality
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Approximately 1+ year of experience in administrative support, clerical work, customer service, office coordination, or data entry
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with a positive, team-first attitude
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, or production environment
- Experience processing customer orders or supporting sales operations
- Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory management software
- Experience maintaining compliance or quality documentation
- Being highly organized and detail-oriented
- Having a positive attitude and willingness to learn
