Project Coordinator

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a detail-oriented and driven Project Coordinator in Suwanee. In this fast-paced and collaborative role, you will be responsible for supporting manufacturing projects from planning through production, coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining project documentation, and helping ensure on-time, high-quality delivery for customers in the rubber and plastics industry.

• Taking incoming customer orders.
• Answer to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Serve as a liaison between customer and sales team.
• Coordinating project timelines across engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Maintaining project documentation, schedules, and status reports.
• Communicating project updates, risks, and action items to internal teams and leadership.
• Assisting with meetings, agendas, and follow-up on action items.
• Helping ensure projects meet customer requirements, quality standards, and production goals.

• 2+ years of project coordination or project support experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; especially Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
• $23/hr. + DOE
