Takco Construction seeks a Vertical Construction Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial and residential vertical projects. You will review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to determine labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs while identifying risks and opportunities.
In this role you will perform quantity takeoffs, solicit bids, develop bid packages, update cost databases, and collaborate with project teams during preconstruction.
