Mujin US is expanding its customer support team and seeks a skilled Customer Support Specialist. You will respond to inquiries by phone, email or chat, guide users through features, and help maintain a seamless user experience across platforms.
Two shifts are available: 4pm–12am and 12am–8am. You will update documentation, assist with API integrations, work with the service team on tickets, and contribute to ongoing improvements of the support portal.
