Customer Service Specialist

Compensation: $16–$18 per hour.

• Answer incoming customer calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Resolve customer inquiries, requests, billing questions, and schedule service appointments.
• Welcome prospective new customers interested in learning about our services.
• Make outbound calls to confirm service appointments, gather feedback, and collect overdue payments.
• Maintain daily reporting and update customer account information.
• Assist with accounts payable, human‑resource paperwork, and payroll processing.

• High School Diploma or GED at a minimum.
• Previous phone‑based customer service experience.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent computer, typing, and ten‑key skills.
• Effective time‑management and a sense of urgency.
• Background checks will be completed on all candidates considered for hire.
