The Center For Advanced Dentistry is seeking a highly skilled and experienced EFDA Dental Assistant to join our well established Suwanee office. This is a floater position that will require some front office assistance as needed. Located at 6916 McGinnis Ferry Road, Suwanee, GA 30024. We pride ourselves on the family-like atmosphere we've created for both our patients and employees. We pride ourselves on the long term relationships established by our patients and employees and strive to make a difference in the community.

The desired candidate possesses EFDA, impeccable leadership skills, is detail-oriented, and strives for excellence in leading the clinical side of the practice and possesses 3+ years of experience and has sedation dentistry experience. Must have front office skills such as answer phones scheduling appointment and knowledge of Dentrix.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of chairside dental assisting experience, with EFDA, CPR and Radiology certification. Must live within a 20 mile radius of practice. Willing and able to travel to nearby sister practice in Alpharetta.

We offer competitive hourly pay based on experience ($26-28/hr), as well as paid time off and full benefits!

Responsibilities
  • Assist dentists during procedures, prepare treatment rooms, and ensure patient comfort and safety.
  • Manage patient scheduling, records, and insurance claims processing.
  • Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order dental supplies as needed.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with patients to address their questions, schedule appointments, and follow up on treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
