Step into a dynamic role supporting students’ academic and emotional well-being in an educational setting near Suwanee, GA. This contract position is ideal for professionals who thrive in school environments and want to make a difference. Two positions are available, starting August 5th, 2026, and continuing through May 26th, 2027. You’ll work full-time (40 hours per week) at one or more assigned school locations within the area, with caseload and specific age groups to be determined as assignments are finalized.
Qualifications- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology
- Valid School Psychologist license in Georgia
- Current teaching certification issued by the Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GA PSC)
- Experience collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff is a plus
- Adaptability and strong communication skills
- Conduct psycho educational assessments to identify students’ needs and strengths
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to provide guidance on academic and behavioral interventions
- Facilitate crisis intervention and support students’ social and emotional learning
- Collaborate in multi-disciplinary team meetings
Document evaluations and monitor student progress according to state standards
