We're seeking a Mechanical Engineer with strong design expertise and leadership skills who is passionate about building systems that power progress. You'll shape major projects across government, healthcare, and water/wastewater sectors, while mentoring junior staff and growing our mechanical design team.

- Lead and design building mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, ventilation).
- Supervise and mentor mechanical designers and junior engineers.
- Serve as a project manager on assigned projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Develop design documentation including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Participate in client meetings and support business development efforts.
- Perform construction administration, including reviewing submittals and site visits.
- Conduct quality assurance and cross-discipline coordination reviews.
- Develop reports and narratives for evaluations and troubleshooting.
- Prepare design narratives and reports for design team stakeholders and permitting agencies.
- Assist with developing mechanical budgets for building mechanical systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Professional Engineering (PE) license.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities mechanical design and engineering.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of International Codes, NFPA standards, and mechanical systems.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Salary: $90,000–$130,000 depending upon experience.
