$120,000 base + bonus potential

This Controller opportunity is with a global manufacturing company that specializes in producing high-quality components for the automotive industry. The Controller will play a key leadership role within the accounting team and partner closely with finance leadership to support operational and financial decision-making.

As The Controller, You Will

• Oversee accounting operations including general ledger, reporting, and internal controls
• Lead month‑end close and ensure accurate financial statement preparation
• Support compliance with US GAAP and manufacturing accounting standards
• Partner with leadership on financial reporting and operational insights
• Provide guidance and oversight to the accounting team

Ideal candidates for this Controller role will have:

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred (CPA preferred)
• Experience with SAP preferred
• Progressive accounting leadership experience
