As the Head of Finance & Accounting, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day financial operations of Stage Analytics while ensuring the integrity of the company's accounting records, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance. The Head of Finance & Accounting oversees accounting, budgeting, financial planning, cash management, payroll, and financial analysis to support informed business decisions and sustainable growth. As a key member of the leadership team, the Head of Finance & Accounting partners with executives to provide financial insights, improve operational efficiency, manage financial risk, and ensure the company's financial resources support strategic objectives.

• Own and oversee the daily finance and accounting function, including GL activities, A/P/A/R, cash management, payroll coordination and financial reporting
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year end close processes and ensure timely, accurate, and complete financial statements and reconciliations
• Maintain appropriate accounting policies, internal controls, documentation, and financial procedures to safeguard company assets and support accurate reporting
• Monitor cash balances, working capital, collections, payment obligations, and short and long term liquidity needs
• Coordinate with external accounting, tax, audit, banking, benefits, payroll, and other financial partners as needed
• Personally investigate discrepancies, troubleshoot financial issues, improve processes, and perform detailed financial work when required

• Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain rolling forecasts for revenue, expenses, cash flow, and profitability
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support hiring, investments, pricing, growth initiatives, partnerships, and other business decisions
• Analyze actual performance against budget and forecast, identify key drivers and variances, and recommend corrective actions
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and KPIs that provide leadership with clear visibility into financial and operating performance
• Support long range financial planning and translate strategic growth objectives into measurable financial assumptions and resource r equirements

• Monitor project and client financial performance, including contract value, milestone billing, estimated vs actual hours, passthrough expenses, and profitability
• Partner with project leaders to maintain accurate billing forecasts and identify risks to revenue, margin, billing timing, or collections
• Oversee invoicing requirements, purchase orders, payment terms, client billing platforms, and accounts receivable follow-up
• Provide client-, project-, and portfolio-level profitability analysis to support pricing, staffing, and delivery decisions

• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to the CEO, Principals, and leadership team by translating financial information into clear business insights and recommendations
• Provide independent, fact based analysis of business performance, risks, opportunities, and resource needs
