Center-based roles designed to reduce burnout - not maximize volume At Community Autism Services (CAS), we believe exceptional outcomes for children start with well-supported clinicians. Our center-based model is intentionally designed to reduce burnout, prioritize ethical care, and give BCBAs the structure and support they need to do their best work.
The CAS Experience Salary range: $90,000–$120,000 annually (based on experience and market) Employer-paid professional courses and continuing education Continuing education support, including paid CEUs and leadership development Medical, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) options and additional voluntary benefits Our center-based model is built for sustainability and autonomy. Consistent weekday schedules in a center-based setting Schedule autonomy within a structured, center-based environment This role is designed so your energy goes toward clinical leadership - not constant logistics.
Role Overview As a Center-Based BCBA at CAS, you'll serve as a clinical leader supporting children with autism and developmental needs through high-quality, compassionate ABA services. You'll collaborate closely with families, technicians, and leadership while practicing within a structured environment designed to support ethical decision-making and clinical excellence. This role is ideal for clinicians who value consistency, collaboration, and meaningful impact.
Provide center-based ABA services to children with autism and developmental needs Success in this role is defined by:
Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities Experience conducting FBAs, writing BIPs, and supervising clinical staff Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills We offer $1,000 external referral bonuses for BCBA referrals and $250 for BT referrals.
