• Submit claims to insurance payers
• Follow up on unpaid claims
• Manage denials and appeals
• Verify coding accuracy with AI tools
• Patient billing inquiries
• Revenue cycle reporting

• Medical billing certification required (CPC, CCS, or equivalent)
• Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Medical Administration, Business, or Accounting required
• Minimum 2 years medical billing experience required (outpatient/primary care a plus)
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding
• Insurance claim processing experience required
• Authorized to work in the United States
