Compensation: $78,000 – $90,000 annually, based on experience, plus performance-based incentives

Setting:
Outpatient Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy Clinic

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active Georgia Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain
• Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver hands‑on, evidence‑based care tailored to each patient’s goals
• Maintain appropriate patient documentation and compliance standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high‑quality patient outcomes
• Manage a dynamic caseload in a fast‑paced outpatient setting

Skills:

• Strong orthopedic and/or sports physical therapy evaluation and differential diagnosis
• Manual therapy techniques including joint mobilization and soft tissue work
• Exercise prescription and progression strategies
• Return‑to‑sport training and functional movement analysis
• Pain management and injury prevention expertise
