Geode Health is a rapidly growing national provider of outpatient mental health services. Our mission is to transform mental health by making it more accessible, affordable, and effective. We are recruiting a licensed mental health therapist to partner with us in the greater Suwanee market.

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders through psychotherapy across a wide range of conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention when required.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date electronic health records in the EMR system.
• Participate in clinical supervision to meet state licensing board requirements for independent licensure.

• Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMSW/LSW, LMFT, or PsyD) in the state of Georgia.
• Provisionally licensed LMSW/LSW candidates are welcome if committed to becoming fully licensed.
• One year or more of professional experience preferred.
• Passion for high‑quality care and a willingness to treat a general spectrum of mental health conditions.
• Proficiency in using an EMR system and documenting all patient encounters.

• Estimated earnings: $90,000.00–$95,000.00 for full‑time hours.
