Senior Recruiter / Talent Strategy Manager Where Talent Meets Mission Welcome to Annandale Village – Where Happiness Works
Annandale Village is a one-of-a-kind nonprofit community in Suwanee, Georgia, serving adults with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries. Our residents—known as Villagers—live with dignity, purpose, and independence in a community that feels like home.
We are the only nonprofit in the Southeast offering a full continuum of care for adults with developmental disabilities. Our 55-acre campus includes:
- Two assisted living buildings serving 33 Villagers
- Eight Personal Care Homes serving up to 100 Villagers
- A 32-bed skilled nursing facility—the only one in Georgia dedicated solely to adults with developmental disabilities
- A Medicaid waiver day program serving approximately 33 participants
- A growing community-based independent living program, All In

The OpportunityWe are seeking a Senior Recruiter / Talent Strategy Manager to lead Annandale’s talent acquisition strategy and elevate how we attract, select, and retain the people who make our mission possible.
This is not a transactional recruiting role.
This leader will partner with the CHRO and organizational leadership to strengthen workforce planning, improve hiring quality, modernize recruiting practices, and build a proactive talent pipeline across clinical, direct care, leadership, and support roles.

What You’ll Do- Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with Annandale’s operational and mission priorities
- Partner with leadership to anticipate hiring needs and proactively build pipelines
- Strengthen hiring quality and retention through thoughtful selection practices
- Lead recruiting for leadership, professional, and priority roles
- Partner with hiring leaders to define competencies and culture alignment
- Utilize modern sourcing strategies and technology to identify and engage top talent
- Provide structured candidate assessments and hiring recommendations
- Provide oversight and direction to the Recruitment Specialist
- Establish consistent recruiting workflows, service standards, and communication expectations
- Ensure compliance with all pre-employment and regulatory requirements
- Leverage ATS and recruiting technology to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Utilize AI tools appropriately to enhance sourcing, screening, and workflow automation
- Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, early turnover, pipeline health, source effectiveness)
- Recommend improvements that elevate hiring outcomes and reduce manual inefficiencies
- Strengthen Annandale’s employment brand in the community
- Build relationships with schools, workforce programs, and professional networks
- Represent Annandale at recruiting events and community initiatives

QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum five (5) years of progressive recruiting/talent acquisition experience
- Experience recruiting leadership, professional, or hard-to-fill roles
- Strong knowledge of ATS and recruiting technology
Preferred
- Experience mentoring or leading other recruiters
- Healthcare, nonprofit, human services, or regulated environment experience
- Experience using recruiting metrics to drive improvements
- Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting tools
