Position Summary

HD Hyundai Construction Equipment North America is seeking a motivated, organized, and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This position will support full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple departments and entities while helping attract top talent aligned with our company culture and business goals.

In addition to recruitment responsibilities, this role will also support employee engagement initiatives, HR reporting, onboarding coordination, and talent analytics to help strengthen employee experience and organizational growth.

We are looking for someone passionate about Human Resources, eager to learn and grow within the HR field, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding support
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment strategies
• Post and maintain job advertisements on various recruiting platforms including Linked In, Indeed, and internal systems
• Source qualified candidates through networking, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support onboarding activities and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, employee events, recognition programs, and culture-building activities
• Prepare and maintain recruitment, turnover, headcount, and HR-related reports as requested by management
• Track recruiting metrics and provide reporting updates to HR leadership
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking information
• Participate in career fairs, networking events, and recruiting activities as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, Human Resources, or administrative support required
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Passion for Human Resources and employee experience strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and HRIS systems preferred
• Experience with reporting and data analysis is a plus
• Bilingual English/Korean is a plus

• Salary range: $70,000 - $75,000 annually depending on experience
