The Junior Analyst, SAP-OTC supports the SAP Order to Cash (OTC) processes, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, documentation, and user support. The role collaborates with business stakeholders and analysts to align SAP solutions with business objectives and drive operational efficiency.

• Collect and document business needs from stakeholders through workshops and interviews; analyze existing OTC processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in configuring and customizing SAP SD/OTC modules to meet business requirements under guidance of senior analysts.
• Participate in testing activities, creating test plans, executing test cases, and documenting results.
• Provide first‑level user support, troubleshoot issues, and help create training materials and deliver training sessions.
• Maintain business process documentation, user feedback, and system configurations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project alignment and address complex issues.
• Perform daily system monitoring to identify and resolve issues with batch jobs, inbound processing, and other transactions.
• Be willing to travel up to 25% for company meetings and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant work experience acceptable.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience with SAP SD/OTC modules as key user or functional lead.
• Knowledge of SAP SD/OTC processes including Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Delivery, Rebates, etc.
• Ability to deliver high‑quality solutions within scope and timeline in fast‑paced environments.
• Design solutions balancing efficiency, performance, security, and compliance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Quick learner with adaptability to new concepts and tools.
• Self‑motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment of system solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Team‑player demonstrating METUS core values.
• Hybrid position with structured in‑office days and limited remote flexibility.

Base pay range: $58,656 – $80,300 per year. Compensation may vary based on location, experience, and market factors.

Total compensation may include target bonus plans and discretionary awards. Eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan and participate in company‑sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans. Employees receive 80 hours of vacation per year, 56 hours of paid sick leave annually, and 13 paid holidays. Eligible employees may also take up to 12 weeks of paid or unpaid parental or disability leave.
