PeopleSoft HCM Developer

IDR is seeking a People Soft Senior Programmer Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Suwanee, Georgia. This role is within a leading organization in the public sector, focusing on designing and implementing People Soft applications and solutions. The position requires a highly skilled technical expert capable of supporting long-term projects with minimal supervision.

• Responsible for the design, development, testing, and implementation of People Soft applications, primarily in web environments
• Maintain and enhance existing systems while creating new functionalities to optimize solutions
• Conduct analysis of application systems, report on tasks, and assist in requirement gathering and feasibility studies
• Provide technical expertise and support to ensure high-quality system performance
• Work closely with users and technical teams to deliver world-class customer service and facilitate project success

• 10+ years of experience as a contractor in a technical programming role
• Strong coding skills in People Soft 9.2 (preferred) and 8.6 or higher, including People Code, SQR, SQL, Component Interfaces, Application Engine, and BI Publisher
• Active hands-on experience with web services and creating new pages, programs, applications, and customizations
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts effectively to users
• Ability to work in a highly technical environment, with knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle and relational database design
