Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC is looking for a Director, ERP & CRM in Suwanee, GA.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director of ERP & CRM is responsible for the overall strategy, delivery, and support of SAP and Salesforce solutions s role is crucial for enabling the business with scalable, dynamic solutions that add value for stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, business acumen, leadership, and influence skills to deliver value.
- Develop and execute SAP & Salesforce strategy aligned with company growth.
- Identify and incorporate emerging technology trends.
- Establish metrics for performance and ROI.
- Oversee SAP and Salesforce solutions ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify value-add opportunities.
- Align solutions with key business objectives and prioritize accordingly.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system designs and processes.
- Manage internal teams and third-party partners for support, development, and deployment.
- Ensure compliance with Data Governance and ISM policies.
- Manage vendor contracts and legal compliance.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions within budget and aligned with business goals.
- Develop change management processes for deployment.
- Engage with cross-functional teams for successful project outcomes.
- Lead IT teams to support operations and strategic objectives.
- Mentor and develop team members.
- Demonstrate METUS core values and team collaboration.
- Willing to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields required.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Scrum Master, or ERP/CRM-specific certifications preferred.
- At least 10 years in IT, with 7+ years in ERP/CRM management.
- Proven success managing large ERP and CRM projects and teams.
- Experience with enterprise applications, cloud technologies, and business process reengineering.
- Strong communication, leadership, and vendor management skills.
- Change management expertise and ability to influence executives.
The compensation range is $140,000 to $192,500 annually, plus benefits including bonus plans, 401(k), insurance, paid leave, and more.
