Price Industries Inc. is seeking a Technical Training Specialist for our growing US office located in Suwanee, GA. This role oversees the full operation and continuous improvement of the Price Tech Center East, managing product demonstrations, training spaces, factory tour enhancements, and all related technical systems, logistics, and sample shipments. It also serves as the primary host and coordinator for training events and rep visits, ensuring an exceptional on‑site experience through hands‑on support, presentation delivery, and collaboration with product, training, and production teams.
ResponsibilitiesProject Management
- Include maintaining operation of Price Tech Center East (includes scheduling cleaning and maintenance needs)
- Coordinate with Product groups and Contractors/Electricians to create new product demonstrations
- Manage controls and signal cabling of all tech center equipment
- Teach and present all Price product groups throughout the Tech Center
- Work with production to improve factory tours (new tv's, posters, tour route)
- Oversee new Installation Training Space (ITS) and other adjacent spaces (Lobby, MP room, etc.)
- All inbound and outbound sample shipments
- Occasional travel to Casa Grande, AZ to support PTCW
- Welcome at door for arrivals and see out at departure
- Work with training and product teams to continuously update tech center demonstrations to increase effectiveness
- Games/Swag
- Weekly Housekeeping (set‑up/break‑down and sample organization)
- Update events of timing for tours
- Main point of contact for shipments and distribution
- Inventory
- Tracking distribution (who and where)
- Setting out for appropriate visits and training.
- A four‑year degree is required
- Candidates must be able to lift items up to 20 lbs, climb ladders, and travel as needed, not expected to exceed 10 percent.
- This role also includes the standard basic requirements outlined in previous listings.
- Basic knowledge of AV and IT setup
- Familiarity with Go To Webinar
- Experience with low‑voltage cabling and data acquisition.
