Role:

-Oracle P2P & SCM Cloud Functional Consultant

Duration:

-6+ months to start,

Lead Oracle P2P & SCM Cloud implementations and enhancements across Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Order Management, and related modules.

Collaborate with business process owners to gather requirements, define functional solutions, and align Oracle configurations with business needs.

Provide SME (Subject Matter Expert) guidance on P2P & SCM processes, system capabilities, and best practices.

Coordinate with technical teams for extensions, integrations, and reporting related to P2P & SCM Cloud.

Manage testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and support business cutover and go-live activities.

Act as primary liaison between P2P & SCM business stakeholders and IT for both functional and security-related initiatives.

Mentor junior consultants and business users on Oracle out of the box functionality and security best practices.

Lead workshops, training sessions, and change management activities for P2P & SCM processes.

8–10+ years of Oracle P2P & SCM experience, with at least 3–5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Strong functional expertise in Procurement, SCM, Inventory, Order Management, and Manufacturing.

Hands-on experience with P2P & SCM configurations.

Excellent communication skills to interact with business, audit, and technical teams.

Ability to balance functional solution delivery with compliance and governance needs.

Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist – Oracle P2P, SCM Cloud.

Knowledge of Oracle ERP Financials.

Experience in regulated industries (Healthcare, Pharma, Public Sector, Financial Services).
