SAP FI​/CO Lead

Role Overview

NTT DATA is seeking a SAP FI/CO Lead to join our team in Suwanee, Georgia. The role focuses on leading S/4 HANA Finance and Controlling (COPA) projects, designing, configuring, and supporting SAP FI/CO modules across business units.

• Lead SAP S/4 HANA FI/CO design, configuration, and support.
• Gather business requirements, map to SAP functionalities, and conduct system testing.
• Provide user training and support.
• Design and configure CO modules, including Cost Center Accounting and Profitability Analysis (CO‑PA).
• Ensure seamless data flow between FI, SD, MM, and other S4 modules.
• Develop custom reports for GL, Trial Balance, cost monitoring, variance analysis, and profitability analysis.
• Analyze existing business processes, document, and test functional solutions (RICEFW objects).
• Use ITSM tools such as JIRA for issue tracking.
• Communicate effectively with non‑technical business users and technical teams.

• Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA Finance.
• At least 5 years of SAP S/4 HANA implementation or support experience.
• Minimum 3 years of COPA/CO‑PA experience.
• At least 2 years of full life‑cycle SAP implementation experience.
• Minimum 2 years of AMS support project experience.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, influencing, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to translate between business users and IT resources.

Preferably situated in Atlanta, GA or surrounding area; role located in Suwanee, Georgia.
