Product Tech Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Product Tech Lead in Suwanee, GA to drive ownership, prioritization, and measurable outcomes across critical technology platforms supporting data center build and operations. This role sits at the intersection of physical infrastructure and digital platforms, enabling the end-to-end lifecycle of data center delivery through integrated systems, data, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Define and evolve product vision and roadmaps aligned to business and technology strategy

* Translate business objectives into measurable product outcomes and success metrics

* Align platform capabilities to KPIs such as scalability, reliability, automation, and efficiency

* Balance near-term delivery priorities with long-term strategic outcomes

* Own and manage product backlogs end-to-end, ensuring work is clearly defined and outcome-driven

* Develop and refine epics, features, and user stories for complex initiatives

* Partner with engineering and architecture to shape solutions and identify dependencies

* Validate delivered capabilities with stakeholders and ensure value realization

* Serve as primary owner for prioritization, scope, and sequencing decisions

* Drive clarity and alignment across cross-functional teams

* Make informed decisions in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

* Remove obstacles to enable delivery and continuous progress

* Act as liaison across engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders

* Communicate priorities, tradeoffs, and outcomes clearly and consistently

* Gather feedback to continuously inform roadmap and backlog decisions

* Define and track KPIs tied to performance, efficiency, and business impact

* Use data to inform prioritization and validate outcomes

* Monitor adoption and continuously refine product direction

REQUIREMENTS:

* 8+ years of experience in product management, product leadership, or related roles

* Proven ability to own product outcomes and drive value realization

* Experience prioritizing and making trade-offs in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

* Strong experience working across interconnected systems and platforms

* Demonstrated ability to translate business and operational needs into product capabilities

* Experience partnering closely with engineering and architecture teams

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills

* Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

* Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

Preferred

Skills:

* Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, construction, or operational platforms

* Familiarity with tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, Oracle Aconex, or similar systems

* Experience with ERP or financial platforms (e.g., Oracle Fusion, Workday Financials)

* Knowledge of asset management, capacity planning, or Service Now platforms

* Experience with data platforms (e.g., Snowflake) and integration tools (e.g., Mule Soft APIs)

* Background in organizations transitioning from project-based to product-based models

* Familiarity with agile and lean product practices in enterprise environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
