QTS Data Centers is seeking an Operations Service Center Network Analyst (Technical Customer Service Rep or TCSR). The role focuses on handling the phone queue, presenting a professional image, monitoring alarms, and managing tickets in the Incident Management System.
This 1st shift position runs Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with the OSC operating 24/7/365. The successful candidate will provide level‑1 technical support, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as required by SLAs.
