Control Southern is seeking an IT Support & Endpoint Engineer (Level
2) to serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues across the organization. You will own tickets end-to-end, perform advanced troubleshooting, and maintain high service standards in a modern IT environment including Microsoft Intune and Entra .
The role covers endpoint management, server infrastructure, and network operations across multi-site locations. Travel approx. 25% is required as needed.
