Applications Engineer - M365

What You Will Do:

(Job Responsibilities)

• Manage and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists and permissions
• Monitor system health, performance, and security to ensure optimal operation
• Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions, including web parts, workflows and apps
• Provide counsel and education around SharePoint and One Drive, when each is appropriate for collaboration
• Migrate content as needed from sites to sites and libraries to libraries
• Implement and maintain custom forms, automations, webparts and more using modern SharePoint tools.
• Integrate SharePoint with other Office
  365 applications such as:
  Teams, One Drive and Power Platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance collaboration and productivity
• Implement and enforce security policies, access controls, and data protection measures
• Create documentation, user guides, and training materials for end-users
• Work cross-functionally to understand current challenges and recommend forward thinking solutions
• Troubleshoot and assist users for SharePoint and One Drive as needed
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related field; specialized training, or equivalent professional experience
• Five or more years of SharePoint design/development experience with SharePoint/One Drive/Teams
• Knowledge of SharePoint and One Drive best practices and ongoing knowledge of latest features

• Microsoft 365 Certified:
  Fundamentals
• Microsoft Certified:
  Teamwork Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified:
  Solutions Architect Expert (nice to have)
• Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum)
