Responsibilities- Manage and service a book of personal lines insurance clients
- Provide accurate coverage recommendations and policy management
- Collaborate with producers and carriers to support client retention
- Identify cross-selling opportunities within the existing client book
- Resolve client service issues promptly and professionally
- Active Personal Lines insurance license required
- Prior experience managing a personal lines book of business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working with producers, carriers, and clients
