Project Coordinator

Our client, located in Suwanee, GA, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their growing team!

The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing projects from purchase order through final invoicing and warranty closeout. This role works closely with sales, estimating, vendors, contractors, and warehouse personnel to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects from purchase order through completion.
• Work closely with sales, estimating, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Generate purchase orders and manage vendor delivery schedules.
• Coordinate deliveries and communicate schedule changes proactively.
• Track project inventory and help maximize job profitability.
• Coordinate shipping with the warehouse and prepare packing slips.
• Communicate with job site superintendents regarding deliveries and project updates.
• Invoice customers promptly upon product delivery or shipment.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and shipping schedules.
• Prepare and submit warranty manuals upon project completion.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in project coordination, project management, operations, construction administration, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with purchase orders, vendors, shipping, or inventory is preferred.
• Experience in commercial lighting, construction, electrical distribution, or building products is a plus.

Location:

This is a fully onsite position in Suwanee, GA. Candidates who currently live within a reasonable commuting distance are strongly preferred
