Ener Sys is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager for New Product Introduction to lead sourcing from concept to production ramp. You’ll partner with Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to craft sourcing strategies, qualify suppliers, and manage supplier risk for cost, quality, and timing.
The role drives supplier selection, negotiations, should-cost analysis, and design-for-supply-chain initiatives to support long-term growth and successful product launches.
