Logistics Lead

TD Synnex is seeking a Logistics Lead to drive end to end logistics operations within our Supply Chain, Logistics & Procurement organization. In this role, you'll manage daily shipping, warehousing, and distribution activities, optimize carrier performance, and own logistics KPIs to improve cost, speed, and reliability. You'll collaborate closely with cross functional teams to align logistics strategies with innovative tech solutions, mentor a small team, and champion continuous improvement in a culture that values creativity, learning, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations, including order fulfillment, warehousing, and distribution
• Coordinate carriers and 3
• PL partners to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery
• Monitor KPIs, analyze logistics data, and implement process improvements
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and engineering teams to align logistics with business goals
• Manage inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels across locations
• Use logistics and TMS/WMS software to plan, track, and report shipments
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards
• Lead and mentor a small logistics team, fostering collaboration and high performance
