Maintenance Supervisor

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Suwanee, GA, 30024. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance operations of our facility, ensuring that all systems and equipment are functioning optimally. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

Manage and train maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance-related issues.

Assist in budgeting and cost management for maintenance operations.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.

Proven experience in maintenance supervision or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment, and safety standards.

PLC Experience required - Siemens and Allen Bradley Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call duties as needed.
