We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to be based at our Suwanee location reporting to the Operations Manager. The salary is $55,000 - &65,000 per year.

Staci Americas is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to manage and oversee all shift warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity for the site.

• Help to determine space requirements and ensure that inventory is put away, relocated, and stored accurately.
• Manage the daily work schedules of fulfillment associates to ensure a smooth and productive operation.
• Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of equipment, as well as ensuring there is a safe, clean working environment.
• Plan and coordinate staffing to meet daily order fulfillment and shipping needs.
• Train on the safe operation of equipment and the maintenance of material handling equipment
• Motivate, evaluate, and coach warehouse staff.
• Manage Shipping/Receiving Clerk and Account Leads.

• Warehousing practices and procedures including receiving and shipping methods, supervision, and accountability
• Principles and practices of leadership and work management
• Warehouse‑related SOP’s
• Individual Account work instructions
• Warehouse processes and procedures

• Make recommendations to the Operations Manager on programs to improve warehouse operations.
• Interviews and recommends associate applicants for hire.
• Manage the 5S of the facility.
• Training and developing hourly associates
• Safety
• MS Office
• Organizational protocols

• Multi‑task in a fast‑paced, demanding warehouse environment
• Train and develop hourly associates
• Learn AMWARE proprietary WMS
• Understand and ensure compliance with SOP’s, individual account work instructions and other warehouse processes and procedures

Three to Five (3‑5) years of related experience in Warehousing, Receiving, or Inventory Control, ideally within a multi‑client warehousing environment; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
