• Partner with executive leadership to drive business performance and growth
• Lead financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and operational analysis
• Support strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and major capital investments
• Strengthen financial controls while improving efficiency and profitability
• Develop, coach, and inspire a high‑performing finance team

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting leadership experience
• Strong business acumen and strategic leadership skills
• Proven ability to influence decisions and drive results
• CPA and/or MBA preferred
• Construction, manufacturing, industrial, or building materials experience preferred
