We are currently hiring PCB Assembly Workers

Job Title:

Assembly

Pay Rate: $19.00

Schedule (Days and Time): 2nd Mon-Fri 3:30pm
-12am

Job Duties /Responsibilities

* Tests the partly assembled parts before the final assembling.

* Reads and understands instructions and assembles products or their parts and components.

* Follows the safety procedures, environmental guidelines and standard rules and regulations during the assembling process.

* Keeps the workstations orderly, stores and maintains the tools and parts, tests equipment and keeps accurate documentation.

* Design for Assembly (DFA) & Design for Test (DFT) analysis End-to-end manufacturing traceability Rapid prototyping

* High complex double-sided PCB assembly High mix, low to medium volume assemblies 10 SMT assembly lines Fine Pitch SMT, through-hole and POP assemblies, backplanes

* Automated optical inspection In-circuit and flying probe test Full functional testing.

* Automatic testing equipment and End-of-Line (EOL) testing Conformal coating IPC 610 standards class 2 and class 3 Design for manufacturing (DFM),

* Ensures quality work standards are maintained, and procedures are followed.

* Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgement.

Job Requirements

* Minimum 12-month experience

* May be required to stand for long periods of time.

* May involve some repetitive motions.
