Mechanical Assembler - Contract to Hire

The Mechanical Assembler position in Duluth, GA offers an exciting opportunity to join a company known for its commitment to quality and innovation in the agricultural machinery industry.

Shift of the Mechanical Assembler: M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate/Salary: $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities of the Mechanical Assembler:

• Perform quality control checks on incoming inventory and document any deficiencies.
• Follow written and oral instructions to complete assembly tasks.
• Troubleshoot daily issues and initiate problem‑solving procedures.
• Communicate effectively to convey quality information to relevant parties.
• Learn and understand company product codes and terminology.

Qualifications of the Mechanical Assembler:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in a Service or Assembly role.
• Ability to read and write English for understanding assembly directions and safety instructions.
• Strong technical background in agricultural machinery, particularly tractors and loaders.
• Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, diesel engine, and electrical diagnostics.
