Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicle surfaces for paint (sanding, masking, priming)
• Mix and apply paint to achieve high-quality, consistent finishes
• Perform color matching and blending for both classic and custom applications
• Apply clear coats and finishes to meet show-quality standards
• Inspect completed work to ensure top-tier quality and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Collaborate with body technicians and restoration team members
• Assist with refinishing on a variety of classic and specialty vehicles

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of automotive paint/refinishing experience
• Strong understanding of paint prep, application, and finishing techniques
• Experience with color matching and blending
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship mindset
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, professional, and takes pride in producing high-quality work
