Production Associate- 1st Shift

Production Associate at Latham Pool Products, Inc. Latham is a leading manufacturer of swimming pool liners and covers, operating in North America, Australia, and New Zealand. We are seeking several Production Associate positions, including machine operators and quality packers.

• Train with highly skilled leaders in all areas of swimming pool production.
• Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks.
• Work as part of a team of dedicated associates manufacturing swimming pools and pool components.

• No experience required; training provided. Prior experience is highly regarded.
• Ability to work independently and with a team, and to use manual labor.
• Ability to learn machine operation and hand‑tool use as required.
• Physical stamina: bend, reach, push, pull, stand for 8–10 hour shifts; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability to work overtime and Saturdays.

On‑site

Status:
Full‑time, First shift 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. When overtime is in effect, hours will be 4:00 am to 2:30 pm. Saturdays are required in season.

Salary: $21.07 per hour

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
