Job Responsibilities- Prepare vehicle surfaces for paint (sanding, masking, priming)
- Mix and apply paint to achieve high‑quality, consistent finishes
- Perform color matching and blending for both classic and custom applications
- Apply clear coats and finishes to meet show‑quality standards
- Inspect completed work to ensure top‑tier quality and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Collaborate with body technicians and restoration team members
- Assist with refinishing on a variety of classic and specialty vehicles
- Minimum 2+ years of automotive paint/refinishing experience
- Strong understanding of paint prep, application, and finishing techniques
- Experience with color matching and blending
- High attention to detail and craftsmanship mindset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, professional, and takes pride in producing high‑quality work
