Job Summary:
Follow all food safety standards, including HACCP guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), to ensure safe and compliant production. Prepare ingredients by peeling, chopping, and measuring as required, and package finished products with accurate, compliant labeling. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized production area; clear equipment jams; and promptly report any machinery issues or malfunctions.
